Personality and Behavior
Up High Spy is usually in a friendly and cheerful mood. Despite, how intimidating the person is, Up High Spy would just simply smile and offer to high five them. If they high five him, Up High Spy would become overwhelmed with joy and consider them a friend. Afterwards, he would present them with a hat, where he gets the hats is unknown, before using a Sticky Jumper stickybomb to fly to another map. However, if the person refuses, harms, mocks, or threatens him, then Up High Spy would pull out his Graybanns, activating his Rage-charge, and kill that person. Afterwards Up High Spy would remove his Graybanns and use his stickybomb to stickyjump to a different map.
Powers and Abilities
Up High Spy has the ability to survive falling from great heights including the impact from landing.
Whenever enraged, Up High Spy would use his Rage-Charge to enhance his agility and speed.
Up High Spy wields duel knives that he uses to cut his enemies to bits.
Faults and Weaknesses
Up High Spy is completely oblivious to potential threats. Making him easy prey for any Freaks stronger than him.
If Up High Spy spots someone else when he's enraged, his charge would turn off and he would focus on the person and forget about the fight, as seen in his fight with Demopan.
If someone took Up High Spy's Graybanns from him, he would be unable to charge until he gets it back.
Up High Spy's Rage-charge is weaker than an Uber-charge, and offers little to no protection.
